I have 94 links that i have started to other websites for backlinks. Some of these date back to when this system started allowing us to work in teams instead of just 1 to 1 backlinks. In the case of the 94 teams i have, a total of 0 of them are 100% completed. The level of completion is 25%-75%. That means that the person i posted the link for is getting the benifit, and possibly the person they are supposed to link to, but the 3rd person in line is not accepting. So they are getting the benifits of backlinks with out participating in the process.

I know i can leave the team and start over again, and i have in a few casses, but we really need to be able to send a reminder, or see which person accepted, and which person has not responded, to send them an e-mail or report them for not participating in a timely manor. We are all spending money to promote our websites, but with this system in place using teams, it only works if we all participate.
